Can I get IPTV

Hi.

Just a quick question if you please:

Does having a standard freeview box connected to my tv, mean that I can receive IPTV - or do I need to buy an actual tv set which is SMART?

Does IPTV's wrestling coverage have that much more money than CTN that they can afford HD equipment, but CTN can't? I know that it takes a couple more cameras to cover basketball, but IPTV has at least two if not more going.
